Alec Miloslavsky
Chief Executive Officer
Exigen ServicesAlec Miloslavsky is the CEO and co-founder of Exigen® Services. In that capacity as CEO, Alec plays a vital role in the company's technology strategy, direction, and development. He also serves as Chairman of the Board & Co-founder of Exigen Group, a provider of business process optimization, technology and outsourcing services.
During a career of 20 years, Alec has worked on technologies as diverse as disk drives, call center technology, battlefield communication systems, imaging technology for intelligence gathering applications, and computer operating systems. At firms like Pixar, Guzik Technical, and SUN Microsystems, he contributed his expertise in equally diverse roles as developer, consultant and engineering manager. Prior to founding Exigen Services, he cofounded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and served as CTO since its inception.
At Genesys, Alec developed and directed technology strategy across three lines of business and managed all delivery for Genesys' software and services business. He helped build that company's European and Asian Pacific sales organizations and worked with key accounts in those regions. With Greg Shenkman, Alec helped lead Genesys through its successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to Alcatel for $1.6 billion in 2000. After the acquisition of Genesys by Alcatel, Alec worked to integrate Genesys into the Alcatel organization.

Dr. Nick Puntikov
President, Offshore Delivery
Exigen ServicesDr. Puntikov, who has more than 25 years experience in the global IT industry, began his career as an entrepreneur in 1991, founding one of the first software engineering companies in Russia. As co-founder and CEO of StarSoft Development Labs, Dr. Puntikov created a Top Three provider of offshore software development services in Russia and Eastern Europe.
In 2007, Dr. Puntikov led the merger of StarSoft with Exigen Services, taking on the responsibility for managing the global delivery organization for the combined companies, encompassing 2000 developers from delivery centers in six countries.
In addition to his duties at Exigen Services, in 2007 he was elected as Chairman of the Board of The Russian National Association of Software Developers (RUSSOFT), and is a committed advocate for the growth of the Russian IT industry around the world.
Prior to founding StarSoft, Dr. Puntikov served as a technical expert in programming, led scientific research in the Russian Academy of Sciences, and held a succession of managerial positions with increasing responsibilities. In parallel with work, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the subject of formal modeling of software project life cycles. Dr. Puntikov earned his M.Sc. from the St. Petersburg (then Leningrad) State University in 1983.

Onagh Ash
President, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services
Exigen ServicesOnagh Ash has over 30 years of experience in technology, with a focus on services, and was most recently a senior executive at HP. At HP Services, she was senior vice president, consulting and integration, guiding more than 20,000 employees in providing services to HP clients.
Previously, Onagh was senior vice president of global services for Mercury Interactive, where she led an organization-wide effort to build and rejuvenate Mercury’s global services and support offerings. Prior to that, she served as managing director (partner) at Bearing Point. In this position, she helped build the CME and Utility practice as well as the company’s SAP practice. Earlier in her career, Onagh held a variety of management, sales and services roles at Indus International, SAP America and Oracle, where she was at the forefront of introducing new offerings.
Onagh is also deeply involved in executive women’s organizations and provides mentoring and guidance to underprivileged girls through the Silicon Valley chapter of Girls for a Change.

Jeroen Tas

Exigen ServicesJeroen Tas has over 25 years of global experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive in financial services and information technology. Jeroen co-founded and served as President, COO and vice-chairman of the Board for MphasiS, an IT and Business Process Outsourcing company with revenues of $1+ billion, which was acquired by EDS in 2006. Most recently he was vice president and general manager at EDS, responsible for the global competency centers.
Prior to MphasiS, Jeroen was the head of Transaction Technology, Inc., a Citigroup subsidiary responsible for the design and development of the bank’s distribution systems. Under his leadership the Internet banking platform was rolled out and a new self service strategy based on open systems was established. While at Citigroup Jeroen was a member of the Global Marketing Council and the Global Consumer Technology Group. Earlier in his career, he held international marketing and project management roles with Digital Equipment and Philips Electronics in the USA, Europe and Asia.
Jeroen is a regular speaker on globalization at conferences. He is the 2004 winner of the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Information technology category for the New York region. Jeroen is a native of the Netherlands and holds a Masters Degree from the Free University of Amsterdam.
