I think there are at least two distinct reasons to go to an outside vendor. One is for labor arbitrage, which is fine — a lot of people would do that. Another one if you are actually trying to get a specific result and you place a premium there. And obviously you want to deal with the company that employs an optimal cost of labor as part of the business process which is very much still the core of what we do. We use offshore labor, it's less expensive and it's our specialties to establish offshore centers and training people to perform the type of work we are doing. But in a lot of cases the alignment and ability to supply desired result is value the lot higher than just basically supplying labor.
