A recognized leader in offshore Agile development, Exigen Services will discuss how it adjusted extreme programming (XP) practices to accommodate the productivity, organizational and communications challenges of a distributed offshore application development project. The Offshore XP for PDA Development Experience Report will be presented by Sergei Andrzeevski, Project Manager, Exigen Services. The project implemented by Exigen for a world leading microprocessor manufacturer, focused on developing a PDA application and a middleware server for handling maintenance routines and equipment checks and processing work orders at the client’s manufacturing facilities worldwide.
