The package has been created from best practices collected over the course of 100-plus distributed Agile and hybrid waterfall / Agile projects.
The Exigen Agile Assessment Package is the first deliverable from the company’s Agile practice. It consists of a series of documents and interviews conducted by Exigen’s experts. Included in the documentation are best practice project and team structure templates, pre-defined metrics worksheets and reporting frameworks, and an adoption scorecard. Customers will be able to determine cultural and team readiness for an Agile-based project, establish project management structure and setup a realistic progress tracking program.
