The leaders of IT and HR outsourcing commence a joint project

Exigen Services commences the development of software for Mercer HR Services international consulting company, the world leader in HR outsourcing services.

For over 15 years, Mercer has been providing services to such large companies with renowned worldwide brands as Wyeth, Coca-Cola, American Airlines, Bosch, and others. Mercer HR Services has developed several efficient systems to serve individual fields of business and provide various services, such as planned management or credit payment management. One of the principal advantages of the company's products has been the flexible format of interaction with the client.

“While actively expanding its business, our partner faced the problem of processing numerous distinct datasets, which caused a serious cost increase for the services being provided, interfering with business expansion and acquisition of new clients,” narrates Pavel Odnoletkov, marketing manager of Exigen Services. “Wishing to provide reliable and flexible IT services to support the company’s goals of strengthening the business and ensuring coherence of information services and feeling the need to bring the IT infrastructure to new efficiency levels, the management of Mercer HR Services initiated a reengineering of the software used for certain business tasks.

The use of traditional “cascaded” methodology of project management before partnering with us had caused time and budget overruns. The project also demonstrated its inability to quickly adapt to the changing business environment.

According to the developers, the final solution will be built of several independent services.
